Getting legal advice from your NextGen CC&C lawyers is easy!

Step 1: Become a member

  • Choose the plan that is right for you: Personal Plan, Family Plan, or Business Plan.
  • Select either a Monthly or Annual plan as required.
  • Complete your registration by checking out and submitting the payment.

Step 2: OPEN AN INTAKE

Once your registration is complete, you will have an account with NextGen. To open an
official inquiry:

Phone support is not mandatory and can only be used if an intake has already been submitted online or via email. If you need to discuss your case over the phone:

  • Call 1-866-298-7183 during business hours.
  • Be prepared with a summary of your legal matter and have any relevant documents on hand.
  • Our trained legal customer care agents will review your case and, if needed, refer your file to a NextGen CC&C lawyer specializing in your type of case.
  • A NextGen CC&C lawyer will call you back within one business day to provide guidance
