Your plan entitles you to a general consultation up to thirty (30) minutes related to a tax assessment by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) or Revenu Quebec (RQ) so that you will have a basic understanding of what is being claimed.

We will provide services including preparation of documents and, when needed, representation for an uncontested legal separation for a flat fee of $1000.. Uncontested legal separation is defined as a married couple not wishing to be divorced but wishing to legally separate and formalize their future living arrangements according to the provisions of the Civil Code of Québec. Neither you nor your spouse are represented by separate counsel and all issues are agreed upon in writing by the parties without negotiation by us.
